How it works
- Buy any HushHour device. Every order automatically includes the 60-night trial — no enrollment, no fine print.
- Use it nightly. Real change in skin texture, firmness and tone typically becomes visible after two to four weeks of consistent use. Give it time.
- Love it or send it back. Up until day 60 from the day of delivery, you can return your device for a full refund.
What's eligible
- All HushHour devices: LED Face Mask, 7-in-1 Facial Sculptor, Red Light Under-Eye Glasses.
- Original packaging is appreciated but not required — we won't penalize honest use.
How to start a return
Email hushhourcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and a one-line reason. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Drop the package at any post office or carrier point.
Your refund
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return at our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Banks typically take 3–5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Beyond 60 nights
After the trial window, your device is still covered by our 2-year warranty against defects.
