Orders & Shipping
- When will my order ship? All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days from our Hamburg warehouse.
- How long does delivery take? 2–4 business days in Germany, 6–8 business days in the EU, 7–10 business days to the United States, 7–14 business days for other international destinations.
- How much does shipping cost? Flat €4.95 worldwide on orders under €120. Free express shipping on every order over €120.
- Can I track my order? Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy? Every device ships with a 60-night skin renewal trial. See our 60-night trial page for details.
- How do I start a return? Email hushhourcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
- When will I get my refund? Within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse.
Products & Usage
- How often should I use my device? Three to five evenings per week, three minutes per session.
- Is it safe during pregnancy? Red-light LED is non-thermal and non-ablative. Confirm with your obstetrician first.
- Will it work on darker skin tones? Yes. LED therapy is wavelength-based and skin-tone independent.
- Can I use it with retinol or acids? Yes — but apply photosensitive actives in the morning, not before the session.
