Delivery areas

We ship worldwide. Within Germany and EU member states, orders are typically delivered via DHL or a comparable courier. International shipments outside the EU may be sent with DHL, UPS or DPD.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are a flat €4.95 per order. From an order value of €120, shipping is free. The exact cost is shown transparently in your cart and before completing your order.

Delivery times

Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch
European Union: 6–8 business days after dispatch
United States: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Other international: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and any customs clearance.

Delivery times begin upon receipt of payment (for prepayment) or upon conclusion of the contract (for instant payment methods or invoice purchase). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch and delivery location.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your delivery directly with the courier online.

Customs and import duties for deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United States), additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply, which are levied by the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping fee and are paid directly by the recipient to the responsible authority. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering to find out about the expected charges.

Delivery to DHL Packstation

Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible within Germany. Please provide your DHL customer number and Packstation number when ordering.

Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you by email to clarify the next steps. Any re-shipping costs that may apply will be discussed with you before a second delivery attempt.
