Delivery areas

We ship worldwide. Within Germany and EU member states, orders are typically delivered via DHL or a comparable courier. International shipments outside the EU may be sent with DHL, UPS or DPD.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimum order value, no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery times

Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch
European Union: 6–8 business days after dispatch
United States: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Other international: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and any customs clearance.

Delivery times begin upon conclusion of the contract. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at the dispatch and delivery location.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number to follow your delivery online.

Customs and import duties outside the EU

For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United States), additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply, levied by the destination country and paid directly by the recipient to the responsible authority.
