Warranty

Every HushHour device is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electrical or battery failures under normal use
  • LED failure or significant output degradation under normal use
  • Charging system faults (USB-C port, cable, or charging dock supplied)

What's not covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
  • Water damage beyond the device's rated IPX waterproof level
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, surface discoloration)
  • Consumables (gels, replacement parts not classified as warrantable components)

How to claim warranty service

  1. Email hushhourcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video showing the problem if possible.
  2. Our team will reply within one business day with troubleshooting steps. Most issues are resolved without a return.
  3. If a return is needed, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Once we receive your device, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Replacement is the standard remedy; refurbished units may be used.
  5. You'll receive your repaired or replacement device within 14 working days of us receiving the return.

Out-of-warranty repairs

If your device is outside the 2-year window or the issue isn't covered, we still offer repairs at cost. Email us for a quote.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under EU and German consumer protection law (including the right to remedy under §437 BGB for defects discovered within 2 years of receipt).
